The Gap - New Build

Set amongst the natural bushland of The Gap, this contemporary home combines bold, modern styling with the tranquillity of acreage living.

Featuring striking dark metal cladding, clean lines and a minimalist design, the home creates a strong visual contrast against its leafy surroundings. Large windows capture natural light and views of the surrounding bushland, while the simple building form provides a practical, low-maintenance living space.

This project represents the first stage of a carefully planned two-stage build, establishing the foundations for the property’s future development while delivering a functional and stylish home that embraces its natural setting.
